Korea's Nature Republic Here At Last

Riding at the crest of I-love-everything-Korean mania that has hit the country for quite some time, the NATURE REPUBLIC invasion is not only timely, but a major beneficial contributor to the skin care, beauty care and total wellness psyche in the country. Just recently opened this year at the Festival SuperMall in Alabang, the flagship outlet was quickly followed by shops in SM North Edsa, The Block and at Ground Level, Main Bldg, SM City Fairview. Because of the overwhelming response and reception by customers of all ages eager for its high-quality products, NATURE REPUBLIC is expected to open ten more branches by next year.
Newcomers to Nature Republic may be slow to notice the many plant-based cosmetics and lotions adorning the shelves, as JYJ’s handsome images are prominently plastered throughout the store.  (And for good reason, as sales quadrupled after the toothsome trio began endorsing the brand!)  But once you manage to pull your gaze away from Jaejoong’s oh-so-cute smile, you’ll quickly realize that the real stars behind Nature Republic are the unusual botanical extracts contained in almost all the products, as well as the naturally-sourced waters.
Some Nature Republic products are labeled with an alphanumeric code that tell you what kind of water it contains: for example, MD 202 is deep sea water from Greenland, MD 102 is glacial water from the Alps, and MD 201 is Japanese hot spring water.
Nature Republic’, based on Mother Nature’s law, is a new cosmetic brand, created by combining both state-of-the-art technology as well as natural substances of the utmost quality. It includes such substances as various medicinal plants, flowers and seawater from around world, and natural prescriptions from ancient times.
Then there’s NATURE REPUBLIC’s main spokesperson and endorser, popular Korean and International actor and heartthrob Jang Geun Suk (JGS to his fans), whose following not only spans his own body of artistic work but the products he personally vouches for, particularly, NATURE REPUBLIC. In fact, the two are quite inextricable linked that a quick Google of the actor’s name or the company will reveal numerous sites, personal blogs and Facebook accounts dedicated to both them.
Kara’s Goo Hara, Park Gyuri, and Kang Jiyoung have recently signed to endorse the brand, so we should see some advertisements and CFs from them in the near future.  In Japan, it’s Jang Geun Suk who endorses the brand.  The most recently retired Nature Republic spokesperson is Rain, but past spokesmodels also include fresh-faced beauties such as Song Hye Gyo, Moon Geun Young, and Han Chae Young.
